• Non-scratch agitation: After a 10-minute dwell time, we used a non-abrasive, white nylon detailing brush to gently agitate the softened scale, lifting it from the ceramic pores and the tight seams around the faucet hardware.
• Neutralization and polish: The area was thoroughly rinsed with water to neutralize the acid, then polished dry with a waffle-weave microfiber towel to bring out the brilliant shine in the chrome.

The result: a sanitary, move-in ready fixture

The transformation is striking. The thick, gritty buildup is entirely gone, revealing bright white ceramic and a mirror-like finish on the chrome faucet.
